Terms & Conditions

Organiser, Duration & Eligibility

1. The ‘JOM MENANGI HADIAH YANG BEST!’Contest (“Contest”) is organized by Pet World Nutritions Sdn. Bhd (200401033610)("Organiser"). This contest will begin on 1 st June 2025 till 31 st August 2025 ("Contest Period").

2. The Contest is open to all citizens and permanent residents of Malaysia ("Participant / Participants") who are eighteen (18) years of age and above with a valid MyKad, except the employees (of the organiser), advertising agents, public relations agents and promotional agencies, including their immediate family members.

3. The Organiser reserves the right to change the terms or duration of the Contest at any given time. All contest entries must be sent to the Organiser on or before 31 st August 2025.

4. Participants are eligible to participate in this Contest by purchasing any Pet World (ProDiet / ProBalance / Delizios / Le Gourmet/ SIMPLE/ CattyLuv/ DoggyJoy) worth RM20 and above during the Contest Period ("Proof of Purchase"). The original receipt showing the date of purchase from 1 st June 2025 till 31 st August 2025 must be kept by the Participant for verification purposes (if necessary) and as Proof of Purchase.

5. Participants may enter this Contest through the following steps:

a. Participants must make purchases at any store (or online store), supermarket and hypermarket throughout Malaysia. For purchase via online store, screenshot the order details (must show “Delivered” status ) and / or Invoice (from email) with successful transaction made as a valid Proof of Purchase.

b. any Pet World (ProDiet / ProBalance / Delizios / Le Gourmet/ SIMPLE/ CattyLuv/ DoggyJoy ) worth RM20 and above during the Contest Period ("Proof of Purchase'') .

c. Participants must retain ALL original receipts as Proof of Purchase (“Eligible Entries”). Only valid receipts dated within the Contest Period will be accepted as eligible entries.

d. Participants need to send the contest entry and a photo of the receipt (full and clear) to https://onlythebest-contest-petworld.myideascontest.com/ . Note: The mobile number during the contest submission must be registered with a valid Touch ‘n Go eWallet account. The participant’s name must match the registered name on the Touch ‘n Go eWallet as the Reload PIN will be directly transferred.

6. Contest entries which are incomplete, late, without original Proof of Purchase, or damaged will not be accepted.

7. Participants can submit more than one (1) entry but all entries must include the original receipt as Proof of Purchase. One (1) original Proof of Purchase is valid for one (1) entry only. The entire participant’s entries will be disqualified if the same receipt is used more than one (1) time.

8. Each participant (with a valid participation) has a chance to win one (1) Monthly Prize and / or one (1) Main Prize only throughout the Contest Period. All prizes are awarded "As is" and cannot be exchanged for credits, cash, other items or vouchers, in whole or in part.

9. If the Organiser is unable to contact the winner after 3 attempts within 3 (working) days from the date of notice, the Organiser reserves the right to select the next eligible participant as the winner of the contest.

10. Any expenses for participation in this Contest and/or redemption of prizes (if required); it is the responsibility of the winner.

Responsibilities & Rights of the Organiser

1. By participating in this Contest, Participants agree to be bound by the Contest Terms and Conditions. The decision of the Organiser is ﬁnal. Any letters, enquiries, appeal or protest will not be entertained. Participants hereby agree that no action will be taken against the Organiser.

2. By participating in this Contest, Participants give permission to the Organiser and/or any third-party agents elected by Organiser ("Agency")to process the Participants' personal data, which is provided through the contest form entries for contest purposes.

3. Each participant agrees to the collection, use, processing and disclosure of personal information, and represents and warrants that all information provided is true and accurate in all respects. Each participant agrees that the Organiser may, for a reasonable period of time, unless advised otherwise, use such information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or making telephone calls to participants.

4. Values of prizes are accurate at the time of printing. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes at any time at their absolute discretion without prior notice.

5. Prize(s) which are lost or damaged during the delivery process are not replaceable and the Organiser disclaims any obligations to neither replace nor fulfill these prizes.

6. The Organiser reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant that is found or suspected of tampering with the Contest submission process, or the operation of the Contest and the Organiser reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual it believes has undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful to the Contest.

7. The Organiser will not assume responsibility or liability for the Prize / product / voucher / e-voucher and expressly excludes and rejects any statement, warranty or endorsement, implied or written, written or oral, regarding the product / voucher / e-voucher offered under this campaign, including but not limited to guarantees of quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or use, health and safety. Gifts / products / vouchers / e-vouchers offered by the brand owner under terms and conditions as determined by the brand owner. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Gift / product / voucher / e-voucher offered by the brand owner should be resolved by the user directly with the brand owner.

8. Participants will assume full liability in case of any injury, loss, claim, or accident [including loss of life] resulting from participation in the Contest and/or use of their prizes.

9. If this Contest is interrupted in any way or cannot be conducted as reasonably expected for reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser, then the Organiser reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to change the terms and conditions of this Contest, postpone, terminate or cancel the Contest, if required, without prior notice.

Selection & Announcement of Winners

1. There will be a total of 64 prizes to be given away.

2. Winners will be selected based on the following process:

a. Selection of Contest Winners: At the end of each Contest Period (Main Prize and Monthly Prize Period), eligible Participants will be randomly shortlisted by an automated (computerised) selection system based on the number of valid entries (obtained throughout the Contest Period).

3. Each eligible entry will be assigned a serial number from the pool of eligible entries and the shortlisted Winner will be selected through an automated (computerised) selection system subject to meeting the criteria as set out in the terms and conditions herein.

4. Shortlisted participants will be contacted via the mobile phone number provided during the registration / participation process within 4 weeks from the end of each Contest Period. Shortlisted participants will be contacted during office hours (Monday - Friday between 9.00am - 5.00pm) and will be asked to answer ONE (1) question correctly, the prize will be completed if the question can be answered correctly.

5. If there is a situation where the winner does not receive any notification, the notification posted on the Organizer's Facebook page is considered adequate and sufficient. Any excuse by the winner who did not receive any notification will not be entertained at all by the Organizer to extend the prize redemption period.

6. All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the winner's notification date. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. No replacement winners will be selected for forfeited prizes. Expenses incurred during prize claim are the responsibility of the winners.

7. All winners must abide by the Terms & Conditions imposed by the Organiser.

Dear Consumers,

Under the PDPA, there are various requirements that regulate the processing of your personal data as an individual ("Individual"). It informs the Individual of your rights under the PDPA, including actions Individuals may take to exercise such rights and its consequences, and in particular: -

a. That we ("Organiser") collect Individual's personal data directly from the contest form entry.

b. Individual's personal data is collected for the Contest ("Contest");

c. Individual has the right to access and correct their personal data once given;

d. Individual's personal data is disclosed to an elected Agency for processing;

e. The personal data requested from Individual will only be used for the Contest;

f. The personal data given is obligatory and all incomplete entries will render the participation void;

g. Individual personal data will be validated upon conﬁrming the winners and if there are changes to the personal data, the Individual is required to update the Organiser; and

Pengguna yang dihormati,

Di bawah PDPA, terdapat beberapa syarat yang mengawal pemprosesan data peribadi anda sebagai individu (“Individu”). Ia memaklumkan Individu tentang hak-hak anda di bawah PDPA, termasuk tindakan yang boleh diambil oleh Individu untuk melaksanakan hak-hak tersebut dan akibatnya, dan secara khususnya:-

a. Bahawa kami (“Penganjur”) mengumpul data peribadi anda daripada borang penyertaan Peraduan;

b. Data peribadi Individu dikumpul untuk Peraduan (“Peraduan”);

c. Individu mempunyai hak untuk mengakses dan membetuklan data peribadi anda;

d. Data peribadi Individu akan dikongsi dengan Agensi yang dilantik untuk tujuan pemprosesan;

e. Data peribadi Individu akan diguna untuk tujuan Program sahaja;

f. Data peribadi yang diminta adalah wajib, dan jika maklumat yang diberikan tidak lengkap, penyertaan Individu tidak akan diterima;

g. Sekiranya Individu telah disahkan sebagai Pemenang, sebarang perubahan kepada data peribadi individu harus dimaklumkan kepada Penganjur; dan

Peraduan ‘JOM MENANGI HADIAH YANG BEST!’

Terma & Syarat

Penganjur, Tempoh & Kelayakan

1. Peraduan ‘JOM MENANGI HADIAH YANG BEST!’ (“Peraduan”) dianjurkan oleh Pet World Nutritions Sdn. Bhd (200401033610) ("Penganjur"). Peraduan ini akan bermula pada 1 Jun 2025 sehingga 31 Ogos 2025 ("Tempoh Peraduan").

2. Peraduan ini terbuka kepada semua warganegara dan pemastautin tetap Malaysia (“Peserta / Para Peserta”) yang berumur lapan belas (18) tahun ke atas dengan MyKad yang sah, kecuali pekerja (penganjur), ejen pengiklanan, ejen perhubungan awam, dan agensi promosi, termasuk ahli keluarga terdekat mereka.

3. Penganjur berhak untuk mengubah syarat atau tempoh Peraduan pada bila-bila masa. Semua penyertaan peraduan mesti dihantar kepada Penganjur pada atau sebelum 31 Ogos 2025.

4. Peserta layak menyertai Peraduan ini dengan membuat pembelian mana-mana produk Pet World (ProDiet / ProBalance / Delizios / Le Gourmet / SIMPLE / CattyLuv / DoggyJoy) bernilai RM20 dan ke atas dalam Tempoh Peraduan ("Bukti Pembelian"). Resit asal yang menunjukkan tarikh pembelian antara 1 Jun 2025 hingga 31 Ogos 2025 mesti disimpan oleh Peserta untuk tujuan pengesahan (jika diperlukan) dan sebagai Bukti Pembelian.

5. Penyertaan peraduan boleh dilakukan dengan langkah berikut:

a. Pembelian mestilah dibuat di mana-mana kedai, pasar raya atau pasar raya besar di seluruh Malaysia. Untuk pembelian secara dalam talian, tangkapan skrin butiran pesanan (mesti menunjukkan status “Delivered”) dan/atau invois (daripada e-mel) yang menunjukkan transaksi berjaya hendaklah disimpan sebagai Bukti Pembelian yang sah.

b. Pembelian mestilah melibatkan mana-mana produk Pet World (ProDiet / ProBalance / Delizios / Le Gourmet / SIMPLE / CattyLuv / DoggyJoy) bernilai RM20 dan ke atas dalam Tempoh Peraduan (“Bukti Pembelian”).

c. Peserta mesti menyimpan SEMUA resit asal sebagai Bukti Pembelian (“Penyertaan Layak”). Hanya resit yang bertarikh dalam Tempoh Peraduan akan diterima sebagai penyertaan yang layak.

d. Penyertaan peraduan dan gambar resit (penuh dan jelas) perlu dihantar ke:

Nota: Nombor telefon bimbit yang digunakan semasa penyertaan Peraduan mestilah didaftarkan dengan akaun Touch ‘n Go eWallet yang sah. Nama peserta mestilah sepadan dengan nama yang berdaftar pada akaun Touch ‘n Go eWallet kerana PIN tambah nilai akan dipindahkan secara terus.

6. Penyertaan yang tidak lengkap, lewat, tanpa Bukti Pembelian asal, atau rosak tidak akan diterima.

7. Peserta boleh menghantar lebih daripada satu (1) penyertaan tetapi setiap penyertaan mesti disertakan dengan resit asal yang berbeza. Satu (1) resit asal hanya sah untuk satu (1) penyertaan sahaja. Kesemua penyertaan peserta akan dibatalkan jika resit yang sama digunakan lebih daripada sekali.

8. Setiap peserta yang sah hanya berpeluang memenangi satu (1) Hadiah Bulanan dan/atau satu (1) Hadiah Utama sepanjang Tempoh Peraduan. Semua hadiah diberikan dalam keadaan “seadanya” dan tidak boleh ditukar kepada kredit, wang tunai, barang lain atau baucar sama ada secara penuh atau sebahagian.

9. Jika Penganjur gagal menghubungi pemenang selepas 3 percubaan dalam tempoh 3 hari bekerja dari tarikh notis, Penganjur berhak untuk memilih peserta seterusnya yang layak sebagai pemenang.

10. Segala perbelanjaan yang terlibat untuk penyertaan dan/atau penebusan hadiah (jika berkaitan) adalah tanggungjawab pemenang sepenuhnya.

Tanggungjawab & Hak Penganjur

1. Dengan menyertai Peraduan ini, peserta bersetuju untuk terikat dengan Terma dan Syarat Peraduan. Keputusan Penganjur adalah muktamad. Sebarang surat-menyurat, pertanyaan, rayuan atau bantahan tidak akan dilayan. Peserta bersetuju untuk tidak mengambil sebarang tindakan terhadap Penganjur.

2. Dengan menyertai Peraduan ini, peserta memberi keizinan kepada Penganjur dan/atau mana-mana ejen pihak ketiga yang dilantik oleh Penganjur (“Agensi”) untuk memproses data peribadi peserta yang diberikan melalui borang penyertaan peraduan.

3. Setiap peserta bersetuju dengan pengumpulan, penggunaan, pemprosesan dan pendedahan maklumat peribadi, serta menjamin bahawa semua maklumat yang diberikan adalah tepat dan benar. Peserta bersetuju bahawa Penganjur boleh menggunakan maklumat tersebut untuk tujuan promosi, pemasaran, publisiti, penyelidikan dan pemprofilan, termasuk penghantaran mesej elektronik atau panggilan telefon dalam tempoh yang munasabah.

4. Nilai hadiah adalah tepat semasa cetakan. Penganjur berhak untuk menggantikan mana-mana hadiah pada bila-bila masa mengikut budi bicara mutlak tanpa sebarang notis.

5. Hadiah yang hilang atau rosak semasa proses penghantaran tidak akan diganti. Penganjur tidak bertanggungjawab untuk mengganti atau memenuhi hadiah tersebut.

6. Penganjur berhak untuk membatalkan penyertaan mana-mana peserta yang didapati memanipulasi proses penyertaan atau operasi peraduan dan berhak mengambil tindakan undang-undang terhadap individu yang disyaki terlibat dalam aktiviti penipuan atau sebarang aktiviti yang memudaratkan Peraduan.

7. Penganjur tidak bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang jaminan berkenaan hadiah / produk / baucar / e-baucar yang ditawarkan, termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada kualiti, kesesuaian untuk digunakan, keselamatan dan kesihatan. Sebarang pertikaian perlu diselesaikan secara terus oleh pengguna dengan pemilik jenama.

8. Peserta akan menanggung sepenuhnya sebarang risiko kerugian, tuntutan atau kemalangan [termasuk kehilangan nyawa] yang berlaku akibat penyertaan dalam Peraduan dan/atau penggunaan hadiah.

9. Jika Peraduan ini terganggu atau tidak dapat dijalankan seperti yang dirancang atas sebab di luar kawalan Penganjur, Penganjur berhak untuk mengubah Terma dan Syarat, menangguhkan, menamatkan atau membatalkan Peraduan tanpa notis awal.

Nota: Semua gambar hadiah yang dipaparkan dalam bahan promosi adalah untuk tujuan ilustrasi sahaja dan mungkin berbeza daripada hadiah sebenar.

Pemilihan & Pengumuman Pemenang

1. Sebanyak 64 hadiah akan diberikan sepanjang Tempoh Peraduan.

2. Pemenang akan dipilih berdasarkan proses berikut:

a. Pemilihan Pemenang Peraduan: Pada akhir setiap Tempoh Peraduan (Hadiah Utama dan Hadiah Bulanan), peserta yang layak akan disenarai pendek secara rawak oleh sistem pemilihan automatik (berkomputer) berdasarkan jumlah penyertaan sah yang diperoleh sepanjang Tempoh Peraduan.

3. Setiap penyertaan yang layak akan diberikan nombor siri daripada kumpulan penyertaan layak dan pemenang yang disenarai pendek akan dipilih melalui sistem pemilihan automatik (berkomputer) tertakluk kepada pematuhan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan dalam terma dan syarat ini.

4. Peserta yang disenarai pendek akan dihubungi melalui nombor telefon mudah alih yang diberikan semasa proses pendaftaran / penyertaan dalam tempoh 4 minggu dari tarikh tamat setiap Tempoh Peraduan. Peserta akan dihubungi pada waktu pejabat (Isnin - Jumaat antara 9.00 pagi - 5.00 petang).

5. Sekiranya berlaku situasi di mana pemenang tidak menerima sebarang notifikasi, notis yang disiarkan di laman Facebook rasmi Penganjur dianggap sebagai pemberitahuan yang mencukupi dan memadai. Sebarang alasan daripada pemenang yang mendakwa tidak menerima notis tidak akan dilayan oleh Penganjur untuk melanjutkan tempoh penebusan hadiah.

6. Semua hadiah mesti dituntut dalam tempoh 30 hari dari tarikh notifikasi pemenang. Hadiah yang tidak dituntut akan dilucutkan hak. Tiada pemenang gantian akan dipilih bagi hadiah yang telah dilucutkan. Segala kos yang terlibat semasa proses penebusan hadiah adalah tanggungjawab pemenang sepenuhnya.

7. Semua pemenang mesti mematuhi Terma & Syarat yang telah ditetapkan oleh Penganjur.

d. Data peribadi Individu akan didedahkan kepada Agensi yang dilantik untuk tujuan pemprosesan;

e. Data peribadi yang diminta daripada Individu akan digunakan semata-mata untuk tujuan Peraduan;

f. Pemberian data peribadi adalah wajib, dan sebarang penyertaan dengan maklumat tidak lengkap akan terbatal secara automatik;

g. Data peribadi akan disahkan sewaktu proses pengesahan pemenang, dan sekiranya terdapat sebarang perubahan terhadap data tersebut, Individu bertanggungjawab untuk mengemas kini maklumat dengan Penganjur;

h. Sekiranya Individu ingin membuat pertanyaan atau memberikan maklum balas, sila hubungi kami di talian +603 7886 5886 pada hari bekerja (Isnin hingga Jumaat), dari pukul 9.00 pagi hingga 5.00 petang (kecuali cuti negeri / umum).
